IronWood Fitness presents a comprehensive client lifecycle program that paves the way for your post-weight loss journey, enabling you to develop the lean physique you've always desired. Initially, our aim is to help you achieve a healthy body fat level. Subsequently, we'll guide you into our small group training within 3 to 6 months, facilitating the development of lean muscle mass for long-lasting results.
Before entering the healthcare and fitness industry, I served in the US Army for 8 years, I toured in Iraq from 2005-2006. After 15 years in the healthcare industry, I realized that I was on the wrong end of helping people. It was time to get on the preventative side of healthcare and help people before they get to the hospital.
IronWood Fitness can offer a vast array of services that include a focus on YOUR goals, nutritional advice & support, body metrics tracking, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere where the members are a community of friends!
I have 12 years of experience in Leadership and Coaching and hold an MBA from Liberty University.
I currently reside in Loganville, GA.
To say that I grew up on the field, would be an accurate statement. Soccer has been a cornerstone of my life for as long as I can remember. During this time I was able to observe the impact coaching had on me and my team. I learned how powerful a great coach could be, as well as a poor coach. For 14 years I coached travel soccer for Academy and Select programs. With over 25+ years of experience under my belt on the field and developing athletes to college level, I now bring that same passion to IronWood Fitness.
Having experienced weight loss battles of my own, I know what the client experience is and what is needed. As a certified Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist through the AMFPT, my passion for coaching teams on the field ties in perfectly with coaching clients to build that sustainable lifestyle. My passion for excellent leadership and coaching made my soccer career melded perfectly into IronWood Fitness’s coaching program. We are so much more than “a gym” or “a place to workout”. IronWood Fitness is a true community of like-minded individuals, looking to be better each day.
As a mom, I understand how hard it can be for other mothers to “put themselves first”. However, I also have seen and experienced the benefit of taking 1 hour of “Me Time”. As mothers, our love for our family will always come first. This is why we need to take care of ourselves and make this a priority. This “Me Time” will set the day in focus and allows us to care for our families longer.
